Delivery Policy
We offer delivery service within Kuwait to the areas listed below. Please note that pick-up of orders is not available under any circumstances.
To avoid any delays, kindly provide an accurate delivery address, area name, and a valid mobile number on the checkout page.
All orders are delivered the following day, subject to the availability of drivers and suitable weather conditions.
Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to verify your location via Maps before shipping to ensure a smooth delivery process.
If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact us via WhatsApp at +965 66176518 to confirm the delivery time prior to placing your order.
For "Cash on Delivery" payments, please have the exact amount in cash ready for the driver, as no payment link will be shared.
In case of refusal to accept the delivery for any reason, delivery charges will apply and are non-refundable.
