Returns & Refunds
Returns:
At Artisans Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
Eligible items:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, and complete with all accessories and documentation (if any). We will verify the proof of purchase for the returned items.
Timeframe:
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +965 66176518 within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process your refund.
Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund upon approval. Please note that delivery and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp at +965 66176518.
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted once the delivery process has begun. In that case, the order can only be canceled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
Non-Returnable items:
Certain items, such as patterns, books, and yarn wound into a cake, cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale/discounted, clearance, or pre-ordered items.
